15 years ago, New World Computing - American game studio has launched a turn-based strategy game great, the game was a success from the first release by the gameplay and gripping storyline, beginning a peak flow strategy game until now, there is Heroes of Might and Magic (HoMM). Since the second edition, HoMM was 3DO - a giant in the gaming industry at that time responsible for the release. HoMM III was the heyday of the series and was voted HoMM best version ever. But since this series started to decline. In 2003, 3DO Company officially declared bankrupt, brand HoMM belong Ubisoft. After 3 years were molded by the hands of Nival Interactive, HoMM V was born with nothing short of praise, despite these strides compared with the previous HoMM IV, but HoMM V still can not escape the shadow too big of HoMM III, the next two expansions also unsuccessful. Ubisoft might think would give the brand "expiry", but no, HoMM VI is still being developed and is expected to ship at the end of 2011. This time the chef by Black Hole Games (known for Warhammer 40k Army of Exigo and Mark of Chaos) cooking. Determined to regain former glory of HoMM III, Ubisoft also rename the series, whereby this 6th edition will no longer be called HoMM anymore, but instead is Might & Magic: Heroes VI, promise many new changes in gameplay, graphics, etc ...
